Corporate Customer Service Trainee

When an organization is a “start-up” this is extremely important and I just thanked her so much for coming and enlightening us.  She was (and is) highly professional and everyone just loved her as no question or comment was demeaned or dismissed.  She had an “open door” policy regarding the training session and I cannot tell you enough how pleased we were to have her.  She, in and of herself, should be considered a best practice.
